1. General Information
Realinke is a commercial brand operated by ALEXHOMEINVEST, S.L. (N.I.F. B01780360), registered at CALLE LLINARES, 3, 03010 Alicante, Spain.
By accessing or using the Realinke platform, the User agrees to these Terms of Use.
2. Purpose of the Platform
Realinke is a professional information platform designed for real estate agents and agencies working with new developments in Spain.
The platform provides access to project information, developer contacts, commission information, marketing materials, presentations, mini-sites, API services and other professional tools.
3. No Brokerage or Intermediation
Realinke is not a real estate agency, broker, developer, financial advisor or intermediary.
Realinke does not participate in negotiations, property reservations, sales transactions, commission payments or contractual relationships between agents, clients and developers.
All business relationships are established directly between the User and the respective developer.
4. Developer Registration and Commissions
The User understands and accepts that commissions, cooperation terms and commission payments are determined exclusively by the developer.
To receive commissions or cooperate with a developer, the User may be required to register, sign agreements and comply with the developer’s requirements.
Realinke does not guarantee commission payments, approval of agent registrations or participation in any developer program.
5. Information and Updates
Project information, prices, availability, commissions, marketing materials and other data are provided by developers or their official representatives.
Such information may be modified, updated or withdrawn without prior notice.
Although Realinke makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, the platform does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or availability of any information published.
6. Use of Marketing Materials
Marketing materials, renderings, floor plans, presentations, photographs and other content available through the platform may belong to developers or other rights holders.
Users are solely responsible for complying with any usage restrictions applicable to such materials.
Before publishing materials on portals such as Idealista, Fotocasa, Pisos.com, Indomio or any other third-party platform, Users should verify publication rights and usage conditions with the relevant developer.
7. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
use the platform only for lawful professional activities;
maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials;
comply with developer requirements and applicable laws;
refrain from copying, reselling or distributing platform data without prior written authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
ALEXHOMEINVEST, S.L. and Realinke shall not be liable for:
changes in prices, availability or commissions;
decisions made by developers;
rejection of agent registrations by developers;
disputes related to commission payments;
losses arising from the use of information available on the platform;
disputes between agents, clients and developers.
The User acknowledges that all commercial decisions are made independently and at their own risk.
9. Subscription Services
Certain features of the platform may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees provide access to the platform’s information and technical services only and do not guarantee transactions, commissions, leads or specific business results.
Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of non-payment or breach of these Terms of Use.
10. Intellectual Property
The Realinke platform, its structure, databases, software, trademarks, logos and proprietary content are the property of ALEXHOMEINVEST, S.L.
Any unauthorized copying, extraction, distribution or commercial use of platform content is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alicante, Spain.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, subscribing or using the Realinke platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use.
